Pricing is for conditioned living area. After payment, our project coordinator will schedule the on-site walk-through and confirm the build timeline. If the scope changes during construction (added square footage, custom luxury fixtures), any adjustment is quoted in writing before work proceeds.

Pricing policy

Why per square foot?

Whole-house plumbing scales almost linearly with conditioned area — number of fixtures, length of runs, and DWV complexity all track square footage closely. A flat per-sqft rate keeps the price honest and easy to compare against any competitor.

Do I really pay the full price up front?

Yes. There is no deposit, no progress billing, and no final invoice. Pay once at checkout and the price is locked. If you'd rather pay in stages, our financing partner can split it over 12–48 months after booking.

What if the scope changes mid-project?

Added square footage or material upgrades (e.g., copper instead of PEX) are quoted in writing and require your approval before we touch them. The base package never changes after payment.

Which package do I need?

If the property is a brand-new build, or the existing service line is undersized/corroded, choose Full Install + Main Line. If your service line is sound and you're gutting just the interior, the Interior Only package saves you about 30%.

Are permits and inspections included?

Yes — all required city/county plumbing permits, scheduling of rough-in and final inspections, and the inspector sign-off are bundled into both packages.

Do you do small repair jobs?

No. AnPlumbing Inc only takes on full whole-house plumbing for new construction and full renovations. We do not offer service calls, single-fixture installs, or repair work.
